Miss Panchami has a beautiful way of teaching children with patience, kindness, encouragement, and dedication. She explains every concept so clearly and makes learning chess fun, interesting, and easy to understand. Her teaching style is engaging, supportive, and perfectly suited for young learners. She not only teaches chess strategies and techniques but also helps children develop concentration, logical thinking, patience, confidence, discipline, and problem-solving skills. What makes her truly special is her warm and caring nature. She motivates every child, appreciates their efforts, and encourages them to believe in themselves. Her passion for teaching and genuine love for children make every class a wonderful learning experience. We have seen Ira Reddy Mandadi develop a greater interest in chess and become more enthusiastic about learning new strategies and improving his game. It is wonderful to see him look forward to his classes with excitement and happiness.

- Ira is one of those students who makes teaching truly special! She is always cheerful, enthusiastic and positive. What I admire most about her is the dedication and patience she brings to every class. She never rushes to find an answer but takes her time to think, calculate and understand. She maintains a beautiful balance of being serious about learning while still enjoying the game. It's wonderful to see her genuine interest and willingness to improve! I would love to see her play at least three rapid games every week and gradually explore longer time controls. Her thoughtful approach and ability to calculate deeply would suit longer-format games beautifully. With consistent practice and game analysis, I am sure she can take her game to the next level. A heartfelt thank you to her parents for being such wonderful support in the journey. The dedication with which both Ira and her brother Ishan Reddy attend classes, along with the trust, encouragement and cooperation you extend, means so much to me. I feel genuinely fortunate to teach children from such a supportive family. Wishing both of them many more wonderful games, learning experiences and milestones ahead
