Our son Ishaan Elavarasan is 7 years old and studying in 2nd grade. We discovered his interest in chess the very first time we introduced him to the game. Although he also enjoys basketball and piano, chess has always been his favorite activity, and he loves playing games with his dad and sometimes online as well. Ishaan picked up chess moves and strategies very quickly, which encouraged us to nurture his passion further. After researching various chess programs for a long time, we finally found Destiny Chess Academy. The trial session conducted by the academy was truly impressive, and we immediately enrolled Ishaan.
Since joining the academy, we have seen tremendous improvement in his concentration, analytical thinking, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. He eagerly looks forward to every class and enjoys learning new strategies and techniques with great excitement.
We are extremely happy with the guidance and support provided by his coach, Abizer Sir. His patience, clear explanations, and engaging teaching style help students understand chess concepts and techniques very effectively. He also encourages active participation during classes and motivates students through mock games and interactive learning sessions, which makes the classes enjoyable and productive.
We would like to wholeheartedly thank Destiny Chess Academy and Abizer Sir for their continuous encouragement and dedication. Their teaching approach has deepened Ishaan’s passion for chess and inspired him to keep improving with every lesson. We are also extremely proud and delighted that Ishaan has been selected as the “Champion Kid” of the Month. We believe this recognition will motivate him to achieve many more milestones and accolades in his chess journey

He demonstrates a strong understanding of the game and approaches his moves with good thought and intent. Ishaan has a competitive spirit and shows a strong desire to perform well, which reflects positively in his performance during games and practice sessions.
He is always eager to learn new ideas and concepts, and his curiosity helps him improve consistently. His willingness to put in effort and apply what he learns in class is one of his biggest strengths. With continued practice and focus, Ishaan is on a great path to further developing his skills.
