My daughter Srihitha Dharsi is 8 years old and currently she is in 3rd Grade. She has been practicing chess for the past 2 months and has shown immense interest in the game. We’re excited to watch her continue to progress and reach new heights in her journey! Our coach, Ishan, is really knowledgeable, kind, and he has a lot of patience with kids when he is teaching, and he is giving his best. She has learnt Chess from scratch in a short period because of the friendly coaching and guidance given by Ishan. Thanks to the Destiny chess academy team and Ishan, they are reasonable in pricing as well. Also, we are happy that our daughter has been selected as a “champion kid” of the month of July. We wish this award will motivate her to many more accolades in her chess journey.

Srihitha demonstrates excellent understanding of the concepts, actively participating in the discussions and answering well. She is starting to have a great grasp of the fundamentals and is playing at a sound level too. Srihitha brings to the class a touch of light-heartedness and rationality. She has shown mature hints of understanding and execution. Her answers are prompt and accurate, and she always makes sure to engage in the discussions and provide insights. Her insights often pave the way to insightful clarifications .She is a very bright kid with a lot of curiosity and passion for the game.Her outstanding performance is not limited to just the discussions, but also stretches into the game sessions, where she has started to have fantastic command over the fundamentals. Her foothold over the fundamentals has strengthened significantly, making sure to adhere to the opening rules. Srihitha is a joy to have in the classes, and I look forward to witnessing her continued growth!
