• Classes are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Payment must be completed in advance via Razorpay payment links.
• Misconduct or disruption during classes may result in termination of services without a refund.
• Destiny Chess Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

At Destiny Chess Academy, we prioritize your privacy.

• We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment details for service delivery and communication purposes.
• All data is stored securely and used only for processing payments and arranging classes.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for payment processing via Razorpay.

We strive to provide the best experience for our students. However, in certain cases, refunds or cancellations may be required:

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are allowed only if a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of booking a class or package.
• The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded.

As our services are fully online, no physical shipping is required.

• Delivery Timeline: Class schedules will be shared within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
